If I order now, when is my fromage coming?

No. Currently we accept only the following postcodes of west London: SW13 (Barnes), SW14 (Putney, Roehampton), SW15 (East Sheen, Mortlake), TW9 and TW10 (Richmond), TW1, TW2, TW3 and TW4 (Twickenham).
From Tuesday to Thursday you can order from 9am to 2pm, and you will get the products the next day (Wednesday to Friday). Of course you can always go on the website and order at any other day/time of the week, but then after Friday 2pm the next delivery will be Wednesday morning. So please use the recommended day/time of order
Depending on several parameters, including the traffic, it may arrive at any time. But we try to bring it to you as soon as we can, after 9am. Don’t become too impatient. Calling us will just slow down the trip.
We may consider special orders in the future, but currently you can only order what is on the website.
Errors can always happen. We will try to fix them by offering substitute cheese. It can be resolved during the delivery, or later.
Once payment has been accepted there is no going back, or cancelation. But as mentioned before, arrangement can be discussed with Michel.
We can only sell what is on the site. But we may extend the collection of products later, and we agree that a good wine would be nice with the cheese. :-)
For cheese such as Comte, Cantal, Gorgonzola…sold by weight (a la coupe), we have specified a unit of 200g. So by asking for 3 units you would get 3x200 = 600g.
